Cancellation by User

Users can cancel their bookings through the Safar Mobility platform or by contacting our support team. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and cancellation time.

Cancellation by Safar Mobility

Safar Mobility may cancel bookings due to vehicle unavailability, technical issues, safety concerns, or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative service will be provided.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during booking. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No‑Show Policy

If a user fails to arrive at the pickup location on time or does not use the booked service, it will be treated as a no‑show and no refund will be applicable.

Subscription Plans

Subscription fees for drivers or partners are non‑refundable once activated. Cancelling a subscription will stop future renewals but will not refund the current plan amount.
