Booking & Ride Usage

  • Enter correct pickup & drop location
  • Be ready within 5 minutes of driver arrival
  • One booking = one continuous trip
  • Extra stops may incur extra charges

Safety & Conduct

  • Respect drivers at all times
  • Seat belts mandatory where applicable
  • Do not distract the driver

Payments & Charges

  • Pay exact fare shown in app
  • Toll & parking charges are extra
  • Repeated cancellations may restrict account

Cancellations & No‑Shows

  • Cancel rides only when necessary.
  • Repeated last‑minute cancellations may lead to restrictions.
  • If unavailable at pickup, driver may cancel after waiting time.

Prohibited Activities

  • No alcohol, drugs, or illegal items allowed.
  • Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is prohibited.
  • Carrying dangerous or hazardous materials is not allowed.

Luggage & Passengers

  • Ensure luggage fits safely in the selected vehicle.
  • Do not exceed the passenger limit.
  • Any damage caused may be chargeable.

Ratings & Feedback

  • Provide honest ratings and feedback after the trip.
  • False complaints or misuse of support may lead to action.

Account Responsibility

  • Keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all rides booked from your account.
  • Accounts violating guidelines may be suspended.

Support & Help

  • Use in‑app support for any ride‑related issues.
  • Contact emergency assistance immediately if required.

  • Valid Driving License (as per vehicle type)
  • Vehicle RC, Insurance & Fitness Certificate
  • Smartphone with GPS & Internet
  • Basic knowledge of local routes
  • Polite & professional behaviour

App Usage Rules

  • Accept rides promptly when online
  • Reach pickup location on time
  • Use SAFAR App navigation only
  • Do not cancel rides without valid reason
  • Keep app online during working hours

Driver Conduct

  • Be respectful to passengers at all times
  • No abusive language or misbehaviour
  • No discrimination based on gender, caste, or religion
  • Smoking / alcohol during duty strictly prohibited
  • Maintain calm driving habits

Vehicle Standards

  • Clean & well-maintained vehicle
  • No illegal modifications
  • Working lights, indicators & horn
  • Passenger seatbelt availability (where applicable)
  • AC to be used as per booking type

Earnings & Payments

  • Transparent fare shown before ride
  • Weekly / daily settlements (as per SAFAR policy)

  • Long-distance & intercity rides
  • No hidden deductions

Ratings & Performance

  • Maintain minimum driver rating
  • Good behaviour = more ride priority
